Product description:White or white crystalline powder; Odourless or almost odourless, taste bitter. Slightly soluble in water, slightly dissolve in the ethanol. Melting point is 188 ~ 192 ℃, has good antibacterial effect to one type of mycobacterium tuberculosis, in the pH5 ~ 5.5, the strongest antiseptic effect. Bacteriostatic concentration in human body 12.5 mu g/ml, 50 mu g/ml can kill mycobacterium tuberculosis. Mechanism may be associated with pyrazine acid, pyrazinamide and into the mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria after infiltrating phagocytes, bacteria in the body of amidase remove amide group, and play a role of antibacterial into pyrazine acid.
