Value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations. Detection Range: 12.5-800 pg/mL. The standard curve concentrations used for the ELISAs were 800 pg/mL, 400 pg/mL, 200 pg/mL, 100 pg/mL, 50 pg/mL, 25 pg/mL, 12.5 pg/mL.
