Trypsin inhibitor

Product name:Trypsin inhibitor
CAS:9035-81-8
Specification:500mg/25mg
Description:
Trypsin inhibitor is a substance that can bind to enzymes and reduce the decomposition rate of substrate under enzyme action. Protease inhibitors with protein properties are widely available, and two protease inhibitors with protein properties have been isolated from soybean: Kunitz trypsin inhibitor and bowman-belk (BB) inhibitor. The molecular mass of the former is 20 ~ 25ku, and that of the latter is 8ku.

Trypsin inhibitor inhibits Trypsin, fibrinolytic enzyme, plasma and tissue vasoretins in the human body by forming a reversible enzymatic inhibitor complex in a given chemical ratio. Serine-active proteases play a major role in the angiokinin-kinogen system, complement system, and coagulation system, in which plasmin and plasma angiokinin play key roles.

Trypsin inhibitor binds not only free enzyme molecules, but also enzymes that have been bound to a third component (if the enzyme's active site still has binding capacity). Therefore, Trypsin inhibitor inhibits free fibrinolytic enzyme and also inhibits the intermediate-fibrinolytic chain kinase complex formed during thrombolytic therapy with streptokinase.

Trypsin inhibitor of fibrinolytic function based on proteolytic activation of fibrinolytic enzyme inhibition, unlike synthetic fiber solvent resistance, due to excessive activation of direct inhibition of the fibrinolytic enzyme, Trypsin inhibitor not only can protect the substrate directly (fibrin) not be fibrinolytic enzyme degradation, and protect the fibrinogen in plasma, Ⅴ, Ⅷ factor and alpha 2 - in the serum globulin.
