Description:Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulphonate is synthesized by condensation of Dodecylbenzenesulphonate with benzene and dodecylbenzenesulphonate. It is sulfonated by fuming sulfuric acid or sulfur trioxide at 30-40 C, then neutralized and fractionated by sodium hydroxide.
Uses of Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulphonate 1. High effective emulsifying dispersant for pressure sensitive adhesive polymerization, dosage 1%-0.1%. 2. The main raw materials of advanced detergents, detergents and detergents can give white color, high efficiency of decontamination, oil and antistatic ability. 3. The main additives of antistatic and cleaning effect in textile oils. 4. Excellent antistatic agents for polyester substrates and film substrates, especially for polyester-based films and photographic films.
