Description:Sodium benzenesulfinate is white crystal or white powder with melting point of 300℃ and stable under normal temperature and pressure. Used for synthesis of medicine, electroplating industry and photosensitive materials; Polymerized bond enhancer, plasticizer, used for plasticizing and modifying polyamide, epoxy resin and phenolic resin, used for inks, adhesives, nail polish and coatings; Used as preservative for food and feed.
Sodium benzenesulfinate is slightly harmful to water. Do not expose undilent or large amounts of Sodium benzenesulfinate to groundwater, waterways, or sewage systems.
1, Sodium benzenesulfinate by isomolecal benzenesulfinate and NaOH (40% of the Sodium hydroxide solution), at 30 ~ 40 ℃ stir for 2 hours, concentration, cooling crystallization, filtration, vacuum drying finished products.
2. Benzene sulfonyl chloride, Sodium metabisulfite, water and Sodium hydroxide were reduced to Sodium sulfonate at pH=3.5 ~ 8.5 and 50℃. After decolorization, filtration and cooling to 15℃, Sodium bisulfate was separated.
