Description:
Nickel(ii) sulfamate hydrophilates is an excellent main salt in electroplating, which has been developed rapidly internationally in recent years due to its low internal stress, fast electroplating speed, high solubility and no pollution. Has been widely used in electronics, automotive, aerospace, ordnance, coin, metallurgy, nickel mesh, radio, color aluminum alloy and other industries.
Nickel(ii) sulfamate tetrahydrates are green crystals. Soluble in water, liquid ammonia, ethanol, slightly soluble in acetone, aqueous solution acid, moisture absorption, moisture in the air quickly delirium. Slowly weathering in dry air, it loses four molecules of water when heated, and at temperatures above 110 begins to decompose and form basic salts, which continue to be heated to form a mixture of brown and black nickel trioxide and green nickel oxide.
The 150kg amino sulfonic acid was put into the reactor, and hot distilled water was added to stir and dissolve. Add 100 kg nickel carbonate, stir in reflux state for several hours, until no CO2 is released. After penetrating the liquid into the thin-film evaporator, it was concentrated, cooled, crystallized, filtered and centrifuged for dehydration. Then, Nickel(ii) sulfamate hydrates were obtained through dehydration.
