Description:Driselase is a kind of complex enzyme, including laminase, xylanase and cellulase, which has a strong ability to dissolve cell walls. Collapse enzyme is a crude enzyme, mainly containing cellulase and pectinase, but also mixed with protease and nuclease, to accelerate the dissociation of nuclear apical cells in culture.
Driselase can hydrolyze a mixture of various enzymes in cell walls (mainly fungal cell walls) and is useful for the preparation of protoplasts. Enzymes are specific and tend to deteriorate at high temperatures or changes in PH.
