Description:Disodium uridine-5'-monophosphate is a colorless to white crystalline or white crystalline powder with a slight taste. Soluble in water (41g / 100m1), slightly soluble in methanol, insoluble in ethanol.
Disodium uridine-5'-monophosphate 20mg was dissolved in 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid 100ml. Take 10ml of the solution and add 0.01mol/L hydrochloric acid to 100ml. The solution has the maximum absorption value at 262nm±2nm.
Sodium reaction was positive (IT-28).
The 0.03% sample was taken as an aqueous solution of 3ml, followed by 1ml hydrochloric acid and 1ml bromine test solution (ts-46). The sample was heated on the water bath for 30min, and air was blown in to remove excess bromine, and 10% dihydroxytoluene ethanol solution O was added. 2ml and 3ml test solution (T larvae 100) of ammonium ferric sulfate hydrochloric acid should be green after heating on the water bath for 20min.
(1+20) sample aqueous solution 5ml was taken and 2ml magnesia test solution (ts-133) was added. There should be no precipitation. Add 7ml nitric acid, boil for 10min, neutralize with sodium hydroxide solution (ts-224), and phosphate test (it-26) should be positive.
