Molecular Formula:C10H14N5Na2O13P3
Formula Weight:551.14
Specification:5g
Description:Adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt is a white crystal or quasi-white powder, odorless and slightly sour. It is hygroscopic. Adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt is soluble in water and very slightly dissolved in ethanol, ether, chloroform and benzene. Alkaline solution is more stable, acid and neutral solution is easy to decompose. Heat dissolves easily.
Dissolve AMP50g in 2L water, adjust to full solution with 6mol/L sodium hydroxide if insoluble. 184.8g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 57.5g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 17.5g magnesium sulfate were dissolved in 5L tap water. The two solutions were mixed, adding 2kg fresh yeast and 175g glucose, and slowly stirred at 30-32℃ to ferment. The transformation was observed by electrophoresis or determination of inorganic phosphorus. When partial AMP was transformed, the temperature could be raised to 37℃. Adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt was obtained by adding 500ml trichloroacetic acid at 15℃, adjusting the pH with hydrochloric acid to =2, and filtering.
