Description:2,2' -anhydro-1-bet-d-arabinofuranosylcytosine suitable for white needle-like crystal or crystalline powder; Odourless; It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol and ethanol, almost insoluble in ether, benzene and chloroform.
Calcium gluconate (m) : water (V) : hydrogen peroxide (30%, V) : ferric gluconate solution (10%, V) : 95% ethanol (V)= 1:8.1:0.88:0.22:0.3. Pour calcium gluconate into 90℃ water and bring to a boil. After stirring for 10min, the temperature was lowered to 70℃, and ferric gluconate was added. After stirring for 10min, the temperature drops to 65℃. Hydrogen peroxide is added every 20min and finished within 6h. Meanwhile, the temperature is maintained at 60-65℃. After the reaction was completed, the filtrate was cooled and filtered. The filtrate was passed through strong acid styrene cation exchange resin 007×7(732) and strong basic quaternary ammonium I anion exchange resin 201×7(717). The collected liquid was reduced to concentration under 60℃, 95% ethanol was added, and then overnight, filtered and dried to obtain 2,2' -anhydro-1-bet-d-arabinofuranosylcytosine.
