Neomycin sulfate identification methods: 1. Take Neomycin sulfate 10 mg, add water 1 ml to dissolve, add hydrochloric acid solution (9 100) 2 ml, heat in water bath for 10 minutes, add 8% sodium hydroxide solution 2 ml and 2% acetylacetone solution 1 ml, heat in water bath for 5 minutes, add p-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde test solution 1 ml after cooling. It shows cherry red.
2. The standard Neomycin sulfate and neomycin were added with water to prepare a solution containing 20 mg per ml. According to the TLC (Appendix V B) test, the above two solutions were absorbed at 1 ml each, respectively, on the same silica gel H thin-layer plate (silica gel H 1.5g with 0.25% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution 6ml pulping board), using methanol-ethyl acetate-acetone-8.8% ammonium acetate solution (25:15:10:40) as the developer, and then dried, and then dried, in the same silica gel H thin-layer plate (0.25% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution 6ml pulping board). Dry at 110 for 20 minutes, spray 10% sodium hypochlorite solution by heat, cool the thin layer board in the ventilation place for a moment, then spray potassium iodide starch solution (0.5% starch solution contains 0.5g potassium iodide in 100ml), and inspect immediately. The color and location of the main spots in the test solution should be the same as that in the standard solution.
