Chloramphenicol is lipid soluble, inhibiting the formation of peptide chains and preventing the synthesis of proteins. Chloramphenicol is an bactericidal agent that ACTS at high concentrations or as a highly sensitive bacterium for Chloramphenicol. Chloramphenicol is suitable for typhoid, paratyphoid and other salmonella and bacteroidetes.

1. Chloramphenicol is the preferred drug for typhoid and paratyphoid, and can be used for typhoid and salmonella infection.

2, for ampicillin resistant influenza B meningitis or pneumococcal, meningococcal meningitis, sensitive gram-negative meningitis in patients allergic to penicillin.

3. Used for otogenic brain abscess infected by aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria.

4. Severe anaerobic bacterial infection, such as fragile bacterioid infection.

5. It can be combined with aminoglycoside drugs to treat various infections caused by sensitive bacteria and other microorganisms, such as sepsis and pulmonary infection caused by influenzae, salmonella and other gram-negative bacteria. 6. Locally used to treat superficial eye and ear infections caused by escherichia coli, influenzae, klebsiella, staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus.

7, also effective for rickettsia, mycoplasma, and all infections.

8, effective against pseudomonas aeruginosa and sarcophagus infection.

Chloramphenicol eye drops are used to treat eye infections caused by sensitive bacteria, such as trachoma, conjunctivitis, keratitis, palpebral rim inflammation, etc.

10. Chloramphenicol local ear drops can be used for treating external otitis, acute and chronic otitis media caused by sensitive bacterial infection. Chloramphenicol ear plug can also be used for otitis otitis and purulent patients after radical mastoidectomy.
